Peter Reynolds 03-18-2003, 03:32 AM Can someone please explain to me why we now have a WINGS 3D AND BLENDER 3D forum as well as a BLENDER 3D forum?
Can't we keep the Wings and Blender forums separate?

They are seperate ,
Blender questions are posted under the Blender section and this section is for wings.

So why the title "Wings 3D & Blender 3d" for a Wings 3D forum?

Why does it bother you so much?
As I said the Blender forum is a seperate sub forum. Both are open source applications so its only logical to put them together.

I thought there might have been a mistake.
Sorry for asking.
It doesn't bother me, its just funny, like having a "Lightwave and XSI" forum. Both are commercial 3d applications so its only logical to put them together, right?
Oh bother....

Presumably, the thinking is that by putting them in such close proximity with each other, some of the superbly intuitive design aspects of Blenders interface will miraculously migrate over to Wings and us wingers will be able to dump the rubbishy approach we've had to put up with for the last 18 months - and end up with something half decent - I can hardly wait :)

I have no idea what you are talking about Paul?
Guys , There is no secret motive here. The blender forum is in a test phase. There is no saying what will happen to it in two weeks.
Meanwhile , i state again : Wings and Blender forums are SEPERATE!
