Here is the reference how he should look like at the end and i started to make his head.

A bit too early to really give an honest crit on. My only advice as it stands is to watch the poly count when starting off. I find it really difficult to start off with a lot of polys and keep a good continuity. I'd say there's a lot you really don't need at this point in the game.

Yes, i see it, there are too many polys :( but they come from the eye area, i should start with less polys the next time.
