Thank you for checking this out.

This bathroom is a pre-viz image for a client. Important to him was to see the effect of natural light on the specified materials, so all textures are as close to the original as possible. The position of the sun too is as close to reality as I could make it.

imo This is a terrific render. The quality of the light and the way it influences your objects is phenomenal. Your use of the particular software is masterful. The textures you have applied yield exactly the desired result. The camera angle shows the interior from an architect's point of view. Finally the addition of the wall image, done in the same tones as the stucco, gives this render an unique and beautiful ambience. Though as stated this is a design render, it's particular beauty sets it above others and elevates it to great quality art.
