Hi All-
Been a while since I've posted here. We just wrapped up a short little character test that I think worked out pretty well. The original animation substitutes the target logo for the frisbee's in this one. It's a legal issue. The frisbee pile was done with Real Flow. Anyway feel free to comment good and bad.

Thanks!

Alec

Hi

I think the ad is great. Short, simple and a good gag. I liked the simplicity of white bgnd, white dog and the contrast of the frizbee (target logo I'm sure works as well).

I don't think I have seen much C4D/real flow work that wasn't liquid flowing into a bucket or something. Was the frizbee pile difficult to create?

Thanks. The Target logo is cooler I think. RealFlow has a very useful ridged body dynamics engine. It's fast and produces some great results after fooling around with it for a little while. It also has softbodies and of course awesome fluids. All of which can interact with one another.

Nicely done as always! The most unique use of Realflow I've seen, we've only used it on fluids, so far. The fastest way to get a nice chaotically pile of objects. I'd consider it but probably wouldn't do it thinking I'd have built the pile another way by the time I would figure out the right settings and run all of the tests.

Hey Sckull-
Actually, it's not too bad. Version 4 is pretty slick in how it handles ridged bodies. Naming is super important. It hates anything under a null for example so all the objects you'd like to import and work with in RF should be on the root level of the OM. It's stupid, but seems to work. It's also very fast. I could run several sims in no time really. I certainly wouldn't want to key all those frisbee's.

Take care man!
