View Full Version : Force UVs into a poly object

I have two spheres. one has UVs but the other one doesn't.

Is there a way to force transfer UVs from one object to another one, they both have the same poly count and shape.

try this:

transferAttributes -transferPositions 0 -transferNormals 0 -transferUVs 2 -transferColors 0 -sampleSpace 0 -sourceUvSpace <NameOfSourceUVSet> -targetUvSpace <NameOfTargetUVSet> -flipUVs 0 -colorBorders 1;

You should always select a mirroring axis when transferring attributes from one side of a mesh to another (that is, when the source mesh is also the target mesh). For example, if you want to transfer UVs from the left hand of a character to its right hand.
