This one is a study for a character of a little whale. I hope to do a book for children with this charcter. The draw is done totally with Painter.

Thats really a cute design indeed Roberto..Colors are nicely balanced and nice pallette as well..In my humble opinion u can add some bubbles and that shine which comes from that surface of the water..Apart from that good work..Keep up the good work..All the best..Keep smiling:)

Nice work! I like the characters.
crit:
What Hasansgrafix says. One thing that seems slightly odd to me is that there is line work on the fish but the whale has no lines. The styling is different.

Hello! :)
Hi Hasans! Funny the bubbles was in the orginal draw. While i was finishing this study i decided that the bubbles was not fitting good in the piece... but you know, after some days away from the draw, it was better to place them. I think that i need to do some piece in the W.I.P. section, drawing only in your free times don't give you the necessary concentration to do a good work, so some more eyes can rly help! God bless you! :)
Another point for you frienzed mind... i still need to pull out the three-dimensionally from the fish character. Basically also the fish don't have lines. Both the chars have some comics influence thet i'm tryng to married in this paint style. If you go on my blog (http://www.miciomiao.it/htm/casa-blog.htm) you can see some sketch of the fish and the evolution of the whale... you can found them here (http://www.miciomiao.it/htm/2007/05/balene-whales-02.html)!
thx guys! :)
