Hi, could some one give me ideias as to how I could reproduce this kind of pavement in maya for a large surface without repetition? I don't need the dirt in it.

you need an orthographic view of that texture. you can try to create one based on that image. mostly, you'd be painting it in PS, after distorting a small section of the image.

you could then use the filter > offset method to get a repeating texture.
