This is my first cgChallenge and I hope that I will manage to get some work running :) I have already found a nice image that I wanna use for my contribution.

Just clearing some people at the image and doing the cropping stuff right now, will post the first image soon!

Btw, I found a nice site with pictures from Grand Canyon if anyone is interested this is the url:

Ok, i have begun creating the 3dshape of the background rocks. I decided to do 3 layers as you can se from these pictures. I have tried to give the rocks some depth in the front layer, I think it looks ok, so I will give the middleground layer a try later when I get time for it.
