Title: Audi Q7 silver
Name: Michael Plängsken
Country: Germany
Software: 3ds max, finalRender, Photoshop

This car was done to show abilities in modelling, lighting and in creating a good carpaintshader. Silver is the most challenging paint, in my eyes.

I rendered this with CEBAS finalRender. The carpaint is a layered shader, actually the finalShaders Layermaterial. It blends a blurry and a highgloss Material. For the image, I rendered both reflectionlayers seperately, to combine them in Photoshop.

Wow! Great work all around: excellent models, great attention to detail, and nice staging and lighting. My only crit is that the car is meeging with the background (floor especially); perhaps a little light under the car would create more overall depth by allowing the tires to separate from the floor.

fine fine fine!

very nice modelling (watched your WIP) and shadering.

the only thing:
I think the tires could be pinched a bit more at the bottom for a better stand on the ground.

anyway, great work!
