Hard to see much due to the foggyness. But anyway, here's a few things:
Looks like pretty good modeling, but lacks some texture detail.
The two elephants all the way behind seems to be placed afterwards. No shadow and doesn't really fit with the fog.
The overall landscape needs a bit more defenition IMO.

It's too small and too blurry to comment on.

Although one thing that does nevertheless stand out is the fact that all the elephant/riders are exactly the same.

Yeah it is I'm trying to create something with the feelnig of a sandstorm

The image has a 2D feel to it. The "sandstorm" doesn't really come across real. Everything seems a bit out of place.
Shouldn't the "fog" be a bit grainy if it was sand?
And as Leigh pointed out - the elephants all look similar - kinda ruins it.

kay updated the image i cant post a new one because of having problems with my space@.@ sorry for that I'm still working on it so dont be too hard but i think i pointed the sandstorm better out now
