The movement is shakey and not very convincing. You need to create some ease and a little more finesse. Also, texture and lighting are important. Otherwise your animation will look like little blobs of clay. Keep working at it, I can see that it has great potential and with a little TLC this could be FAB!

These are great ways to begin animating. What it looks like is you're trying to express facial animation. but your models body seems to move along with it. the bodys should be more stable.
great start though. Looking foward to any updates!

i know my animation is way too rusty, i work on it on my free time.
lights and textures will only appear on the final render.
