Any news about 8.1 demo version?

were there multiple demo versions of R7? i dont see any point of making demos for (realtively) minor updates... 8.5 maybe... :shrug:

actually a considerable ammount has been changed in 8.1 so it's not really a minor update, and yes as far as i'm aware the demo versions of v7 were incremental with the main release too, so unfortunately i don't know when the 8.1 demo will be available, but i'm pretty sure there will be one in the not too distant future.

there were at least two different demo versions for R7 and the new R8 Demo (8.1) will be available in a few days (i hope ;)

I finally convince myself that "I am a Lightwave user and as much fun as C4D is - it makes absolutely no sense to purchase it." I had the 8.0 demo installed for months until I managed to talk myself into uninstalling it.

Now the cycle begins again...:surprised
