A litle late into the challenge but I present to you:

Wrecking-Ball. He's a supervillain with a seriously high centre of gravity. And a sore neck.

I'm gonna keep him low poly cos I may well have a crack at the animation challenge as well. Watch this space...

Did a quick rig on him and some test poses to get a feel for his 'accident' (motion blur fudged in pshop):

Backstory:

Real name: Alec Bunt
Hero Name: Wrecking-Ball

Genesis: Jethro Bunt really loved bowling. He valued his prize ball, Betty-Lou above all else. There were stories about just how much he really loved his bowling ball. Then one day, two days before the state bowling semis, Jethro and Betty-Lou disappeared. The townsfolk were mystified; rumours abounded about what had happened.

Then one night, nine months to the day after their mysterious disappearance, a 911 call was made to the local hospital. The paramedics, on their arrival at Jethro's shack, were horrified to discover Jethro and a heavily pregnant Betty Lou in the throes of labour.

The result of the unholy union between man and bowling ball was christened Alec. Tormented by his peers and reviled by all, Alec grew up a tormented soul. Night after night he would press his monstrous head to the window of the local bowling alley and dream of that one perfect moment, the strike that would change his life forever.

That moment never came; discovered by the local football team one night in flagrante delicto with a tenpin, Alec was beaten and ejected from the town. Vowing vengeance on the cruel world that mocked him, Alec became Wrecking-Ball, a top-heavy villain with a mean streak a mile wide and an addiction to headache tablets...

I know I said low poly, but I couldn't resist a quick test. He's pretty much fully rigged now, except for some blendshape trickery
