yeah do game engines support multiple uv sets?....om sure this might be diffrent from engine to engine but in general?

The question should be 'Does your exporter support multiple UV sets?' :)

The game I worked on did support multiple uv sets for some shaders, but the exporter was the problem. If you are using the MS DirectX exporter for Maya or export through Deep Exploration then multiple uv sets are ignored.

They can support multiple uv sets if they were designed to. For shader heavy engines they tend to, more simplistic engines generally don't.

And as mentioned above, the exporter has to support them also because you're not going to get multiple uv sets if the exporter is throwing them away.
