Great start!
You can use some help with the upper body. The shoulders/upper body are always opposite the hips.
There's some other things but I'm not sure if you're going for a human type of walk or a robotic type.

lol yes...I know the upper body is wrong, I ignored the upper half so I could get the lower half working right first. I'm going for a human walk, if there is anything (besides the top half) that looks too robotic please point it out. Any help is very useful!

Hey LiannaS,
If you're going for a generic walk, I think you've got too much bounce in the step. And I would have each foot land farther forward; right now the steps are rather small and the character seems to be crouching as it walks. I think this is because the legs are always bent. If you increase the distance in each step then the legs will straighten out just before making contact with the ground, which might help to make it feel more 'natural'.

Seems like you might need a third contact post. You might already have one. Which if you do. Check your Passing poses in between those contact ones and try to see if you can tweak the na little bit. theres a lot of sliding from the First contact post and the end one.

I agree will Relio, he's too bouncey. Pulling his legs further out would work, but would also give him a longer stride and faster walk pace. A second option to try might be just adjusting his hips so they dont go up and down quite so far. It looks like you have a good start and your timing looks nice, so keep it up :)

definitely a good call about the bounciness, toning it down helped alot. I also plan on reversing the hip action so that they swing through more. Whole body is due in two weeks, anyone have any tips on spine movement/timing?
