Please bear with me... I am just a newbie at this.

I created the camera constraint but it doesn't face the object unless I set the offset to something special and only stays with the locator with minimal movement, so putting the camera on an object that goes around a path won't work the way I want it to. Is there something I need to do in order to have the camera's *lens* facing the locator (most of the time it faces it but the part that faces it is the side, not the lens) no matter where the camera moves to?

Also, how do I attach the object group to the path without the camera being physically attached to the path? I have created a group and I can either attach one object or both but not the camera to the object and then the object to the path to keep my aim constraint.

just use a two node cam. it has the full setup for you to do that. or have i missed something ??? and you are still using a two node ??

Could you please clarify that? What exactly is a "two node camera," how do I make one, and which of the two questions is this in responce to?

just look into the options of the create camera command. you can choose between one node, two node and three node cam.

I don't see anything to change it to "two nodes" under the create camera options. This is the attributes I can change:

Camera Properties
Center of Interest (5.0000)

Lens Properties
Focal Length (35.0000)

Lens Squeeze Ratio (1.0000)

Camera Scale (1.0000)

Film Back Properties
Horizontal Film Aperture (1.4173)

Vertical Film Aperture (0.9449)

Horizontal Film Offset (0.0000)

Vertical Film Offset (0.0000)

Motion Blue
Shutter Angle (144.0000)

Clipping Planes
Near Clip Plane (0.01)

Far Clip Plane (1000.00)

Orthographic Views
{Checkbox} Orthographic
Orthographic Width (30.0000)

Camera, Camera and Aim, Camera, Aim, and Up?

Ok, I figured it out. Someone told me that using Camera and Aim would not work... guess they were wrong. Thanks bud!
