Been awhile since ive posted anything but thought you guys might like this one. This was a piece that was just a painting exercise for me, i wanted to create a classical feeling composition but something that also felt quite contemporary.

this is the first time ive posted anything since the new gallery/posting change was introduced, ive just noticed that the image copyright should be filled in (copyright tom bagshaw) and that the link hasnt worked properly (it should be tombagshaw.blogspot.com (http://tombagshaw.blogspot.com) ) sorry about that ;) dont how to edit the post info :)

She is very well painted but the tiger's face and fur dont match her. That tangent of her elbow and the tiger's head are a problem.

Fantastic..Greatly painted indeed..I really liked the face u have made of her..Very gentle and beautifull liked it..In my humble opinion u can improve that dress of her..Looks flat to me..I really liked the softness in the image..The bird is also really looking kool..Very nice job indeed..Keep up the good work..All the best..Keep smiling:)

Hey tom. Beautiful skin tones & and hair! And the head of the tiger is good. TO me it seems that the area were the tiger and the ladys body meets needs some work. something keeks drawning my eye. mabey a softer edge on her dress? anyway nice job! and I love the porfolio. Cheers.

Amazing painting! specially the girl's face.Maybe is my Monitor but I think that the dress is a little too flat I think you have to put some highlights on it but anyway I like this.

...it's a beautiful painting but there is a perspective problem with the tiger (a tad flat and partly blurry...), already mentioned. Otherwise, wonderful work and her face is truly adorable!
