Quick update on my Jawa, this model isnt quite as simple to make as i assumed it would be.
Some interesting loop action going on.

Really cool model, he's quite a character?
Looks like a lot of cloth with a really nice texture and shiny eyes.

Looking good, should be a great chance to really get into modeling folds and clothing.
I think you could use actual "coins" with self illumination for the eyes (?)
Maybe they would look closer to the reference that way dunno.

Enjoying. Are you going to fully texture him?

The cloth is amazing! I understand that cloth is extremely hard to do convincingly but yours looks good. Also if you want reference pics of the Jawa disruptor gun. Just look at the SMLE (short magazine Lee Enfield) .303 cal bolt action rifle. As the Disruptor is a sawn off version of this ww1 & 2 rifle.

Good luck

This looks really nice! Good to see someone else loving the jawas! =) Hopefully i will get my jawa thread up and running this evening, alltho it probably wont looks as good as yours. The Attackus figure is a great reference, I plan to use it too, but perhaps pose my jawa differently. Looking forward to your updates, and good luck! =)

really cool modelling ..

One thing i would say is that he looks a little tall compared to the ref pics. I mean that his legs seem too long.

ATM he looks more like a human wearing a robe ..

good work all the same, and the cloth does look pretty good.

cool model =) I agree with simjoy though about the legs being too long... maybe you can shorten them and have the cloak pool a little on the ground... not as much as in the reference photo but just a bit more than you have it now... your cloth looks really good and it'd be a cool touch to it I think =)
