Just a quick painting.

I named this picture "retarded" not for the meaning it represents, I named this paint "retarded" because the sound of the word sounds in spanish like "retardado", which it really means "time-delayed" or "to be late". So, when you read the name of the painting, think in a delay of time...

I think the correct definition of retarded is 'slow', rather than the more used meaning.

I like the picture, especially the hair.
