View Full Version : two water - for two water level, possible?

Hello all,

I want to do, two lake with a water fall as link.
I saw the very good tut about water-fall...
My problem is about the two different altitude level of lakes.

I try to put a second water, but Vue6 doesn't create a new water?
But, i can see a second water in the display, but not in the layers menu.

I named "water2", in order to make a difference water object... but there is always the sme problem. I can't control two water.

May be, is it impossible in Vue6???

You could use objects like a cube or something imported as water instead of the usual water planes. Just place them on different levels and give them a nice water material.

Hi Mayabee,

Are you talking about something like this? Different levels of water.

I just added a terrain and made some holes, and used 3 plains with the liquid preset, and the crappy waterfall is the #6 positioned (pretty crap example) but you get the idea.

that's exactly what i wanted. But i canceled the waterfall and i put a boom lake.
