CGTalk - Texture problem

Hello all!
When I try to use a texture from http://www.mayang.com/ (namely: http://www.mayang.com/textures/images/Brick%20and%20Ceramic/P7300859.JPG ) I cant import it into cinema...
Ive tried to convert it to tiff, but alas the same error. Well, the error is that the material doesnt change into a sphere with brick texture and when I try to render I get the prompt "Couldnt find brick01.jpg).
What is wrong?

EDIT: Using 8.1

Hi,
are you sure brick01.jpg is available via the texture paths set in the preferences?

jupp, its in d:\textures and path1 is d:\textures
