I've never heard of it but, you can read some reviews from people who have here. (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/customer-reviews/1584504374/sr=1-1/qid=1180229080/ref=cm_cr_dp_all/002-2753809-8165641?ie=UTF8&n=283155&qid=1180229080&sr=1-1#customerReviews)

I've got it and it's a huge disappointment. You're much better to buy either the updated R10 Book by Anson Call or the updated R10 book by Anne Powers. I've seen pre release versions of both and both will be out very soon.

I just got the Cinema 4D 10 workshop by Arndt von Koenigsmarck the other day, I personally think it is fantastic, here is a link

I have Arndts book, which is excellent, but be warned some of the translation from german to english is a bit... 'clunky' -it does all make sense but sometimes I have to read a sentence a couple of times to figure out what he means.

the 3d fluff dvds are great too

personally I'd recommend Arndt's book before any others. then I guess would be anson's, anne's great butt he style is really different more aimed at an educator which is great, but may not be what some people need/want, good book though. Larry mitchell is the guy form the Linda.com training videos, so if you watch a few of those you can at least judge the authors knowledge before investing in the book.
