I can not express how much I dig your style.
I really like these. Looks like the firepower capability is pretty good on this, but I think you could fit in an actual rocket without hurting the design, or atleast a pretty well sized plasma cannon
Dear lord is it just me or is squidinc getting better :P
nice model dude thats really sweet.

Another triumph for C4D u da man squidinc:buttrock:. One little bit of crit though I think the wings should sweep back as at the moment they don't seem to fit with the rest of the ship, which all sweeps back with lovely lines and ahh.

Nice wrk... But theres something I have always wonderd when using c4d... How do you get the hardshapes but still not razor-sharp edges? Define them extra? Weighting hypernurbs (this I never seem to get the hang on, any1 got a tut except maxons?)?
Cheers

yup, usually I spin around the model to see how the light hits it, and then put a very slight bevel on edges that look a bit sharp, it also works pretty well for making panelling, surface detail .etc

I'm working on some alternative weaponry at the moment :) , I only decided it was gonna be fighter after I rendered it with all the glowing bits, I thought it looked kind of sinister, will keep you guys updated

Malcolm: bevel is under the structure menu, select a polygon and then select bevel, drag with the mouse and it'll extude the polygon and scale it down
dear lord thats impressive
two thumbs way up dude.
Damn thats good....
I reckon he's got a little socket in the back of his head, matrix style, all he does is plug in, think of something cool and voila! ;)

Butt kicking work Squid!
I notice you have this theme going (hard not to notice), which makes me wonder . . . Are you going to be making a short movie with all these great characters and props? :curious:
Keep up the awesome work! :)
