check out the model

there is 3 polygon object
1st is extrute modiy only applied. ( plus move+scale+rot. operated)
2nd is polygon cylinder (just scale+rot+move operated)
3th is a just polygon cube (not modified)

intersecion or union or difference operation can be for
2 and 3 togather.

but cant work for 1 and 2
after any union or intersection operation is applied to
1 and 2; than both objects goes hidden and no new.

just Im seeing 3 after this operation.

what cna I do ?
extruded polygons cant be used in union or intersection operations ?

thanks in advice :=)

this forum is my 1st love. so every one thry to help each other and
sharing knowledge.

booleans can be finicky. try moving yor shapes around a bit to test that they can union. are there any errors reported? have a look on hihend3d in the faq thread for a run down on what booleans like.

You have to clean up the polygons from non-manifold geometry before taking boolean operations and am not sure but think that you have to delete history as well...
