Thanks Backstabbeth. :)

Your screen shots turning out crappy? Hmmmm..... I dunno. All I do is press PrintScreen, go to photoshop and paste. Why what happens when you try to take a screen shot?

ahhh i see... i was using the "snapshot" option out of the maya render engine. looks like shite... so if i press print screen it will clipboard a bitmap image of my screen?

forgive me for my ignorance in the matter.

Well for the rendered pics, I render it in the render window, then save it as a jpg. For the wireframe pictures, I press the print screen button and it pastes the screen shot to the clipboard, then I open photoshop or Paint and just paste it. If you need any more help just tell me.

Well she's well shaped - what I would suggest is more detail on the bikini - its meant to be one of them string bikini things right? So she'll need to tie it somewhere - at the moment it doesn't have any knots in it. What are the eventual plans for her? Are you going to pose or animate her in any way?

Backsabbeth - yep - printscreen takes a snapshot of the screen and saves it to the clipboard. Can be pasted into whatever application you want that supports it.

FallenSwordsman -
Yeah, you are right, the bikini is lacking in detail. I kinda just threw it together. To be honest, I really wasnt thinking about design, so I dont know why I didnt make them tie in the back. Good observation though, I will be changing it now :)

Uhm, as far as plans go... I dont really know. I would like to eventually animate her, but to be honest, I dont have the slightest idea of how to go about doing that. This is really the first full model / character I have made in sub d's (or maya for that matter), so really its kind of a learning model. I would like to learn how Mr. Stahlberg animates his girls, (well I know the basic process, but I dont know how to go about doing it) His work is what inspired me to make her in the first place, along with everyone else on this forum.

Well, back to the quesiton, yeah I would like to animate her, but I dont know how. Maybe someone out there would like to animate her, I dunno. Thanks for your comment FallenSwordsman.

Actually I've got to say, she does have the looks of a Stahlberg model! He is an inspiration isn't he? I'm sorry to say that I can't help you with animation - maybe someone else out there who knows Maya may have something to say. For a first full character, this is really good!

Best of luck with the animation!
