CGTalk - Tutorial Videos ZB3

Does anyone know where I can get tutorial videos for ZB3? Im new to ZBrush and navigating in ZBursh seems a little more complicated than what Im used to in other apps. Such as Zooming. As well as basic commands such as Scaling. Right now when I use the Scale tool, it scales the whole object, I can't figure out how to Scale only the x or y.

Any basic ZBrush 3 tutorial will be helpful.
