Hi!

A friend showed me this forum, and I need help!

This is probably far below any of you, but if anyone could help me out, that would be a dream come true.

For a class, I have to hand in a project that includes the following (below), but I have no idea how to do it because I have, literally, the worst teacher of all time.

I already have the images and everything.

PART ONE:

Animate a sequence of three elements using the Track Matte technique, with a basic level of transitions.

PART TWO:

Create an animation of one object morphing/transitioning into another. It should use masks to apply effects to specific areas of the composition (blur, drop, glow, etc...).

I'm sure this is really easy, but the teacher introduced us to After Effects and an hour later gave us this assignment, and we're kind of losing our minds. Any help?

Thanks!

Brian

You might wan to post this in the After Effects forum. You will get a much better response from them that in the matte painting forum. After effects has nothing to do with matte painting, unless you are producing a moving matte, and even then there are probably few people who use it.
