View Full Version : ZBrush 3 and transferring ZB2 plugins

Hi all,

I upgraded from ZBrush 2 to Zbrush 3 not too long ago and loved the new features offered.
Now that I have ZBrush 3, I am now missing all those wonderful plugins that I had in ZBrush 2.

Is there a way I can just copy everything in the Zstartup folder from ZBrush 2 and dump them in the new Zstartup folder in ZBrush 3 program file archives?

I tried it before and ZBrush 3 wouldnt start.

Sorry guys,

I just saw a thread that discussed about my plugin situation. Some plugins you can reuse from ZBrush 2 but most, you can't. The script writers that made those wonderful scripts for ZB2 will have to be updated for ZB3.

I will conduct a test on one of my computers to see which ZBrush 2 plugins you can reuse in ZBrush 3 and make a list.

Will share my discoveries here...unless someone has already jumped on it.

Please, list all plugins that will work with ZBrush 3 from ZBrush 2 in this thread....
