Can anyone recommend a good DVD or other format training in modeling? Particularly organic modeling like heads and bodies.

Definately Gnomon Dvds. They are incredible. Really good stuff.

I second freedom of teach. I got it a few weeks ago and it's pretty amazing. The Gnomon DVDs are also really good, but I would ask around just to be safe. I got one a while ago that was rather disappointing (auto techniques).
