Import Transform data

Anyone of you have any idea how to import transform data into after effects ? I have a tracking data (position) from mokey.

I have save the export data out in *.txt format.

How do i import this data inside after effects ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Copy&Paste. Assuming it's already tab-delimited and has the correct headers, this should be easy-peasy. In case it is not, to get the correct formating, simply paste some keyframes from AE into Excel or a text editor and see how it all goes together.

Do u mind to tell me how to copy and paste ? I tried it and it doesn't work tho.

U mean, i open the text file, select all and copy to the position keyframe ? It basically doesn't do anything.

Any specific instruction ? I don't find it in manual
