CGTalk - Whip cream tutorial

Hiya!

I wanted to complete the tutorial in Max 8 about modelling whip cream on a bowl of strawberries. I have tried to load the tutorial a couple times but I think the file is corrupt. How can I recreate the look of the whip cream using blob mesh?
