Thanks , glad you like it. I'm looking forward to animating him, the hair is hooked up to be dynamic when he moves. I ended up just using maya fur tor this one, I hear there are cool new hair plugins out there I should look into though.....

Very nice job on the model and the textures. They fit in perfectly with the "gothic" environment and atomosphere.
One thing: The character is holding the sword at an incredibly unnatural angle.

lol yes, I've had a few people tell me he's breaking his wrist, unfortunately I was paying to much attention to the swords position (trying ton fill that area of the screen)... hmm I'll re-render it with that fixed up, :)

Here's a screen capture to give a better idea about the model itself....

I'll post some animation sometime soon. Fun to animate, if I hide everything but his head on this old beast computer.

Thanks for the comments .... I'll post some animation soon. It willl show more rig / functionality more then anything else.
Daolohua CnC : his model does have a low poly approximation, so won't be to bad ....
Elmo: that shave/haircut program looks quite cool. I like the previews on it's dynamics. I had to tie maya fur in with attractors / gravity / springs etc to get it to be dynamic, it reacts quite nicely but doesn't have the same detailed "bend" I see from shave. Here's a small preview on the initial gravity drop.

GreaT, buT i THInk u BetTer takE caRe of thE wRisT, it seems over bend.. like a broken wrist.. or wuz it the villian broke his wrist, and he's struggling to carry his weapon?!?! hehe.. :scream:
