Hi, this is probably kind of a dumb question, but when you are using Zbrush to make a normal map for a model in 3d max, what's best order in which to do things:
Do you make + unwrap the model in Max, texture in Photoshop, and then export the model to Zbrush to make the normal map,
OR:
Do you make the model, export it to Zbrush, and then do the texture after you have finished the normal map?
Thanks in advance for your help. All I ask is that when you answer, assume that I know nothing -- it's quite probably true. http://forums.cgsociety.org/images/icons/icon11.gif
