Been floating for a couple weeks now, just gettign a feel of this place. Dope DOPE talent around here. Im almost hesitant to post my stuff... heh, self esteem issues.

But yeah, I go to AIW and doing the whole illustration/web/3D animation stuff... i have some 3D online but i BLOW, so i figured id post some of my latest crap that you all may (or may not) find interesting or cool.

..dug him alot, favorite character to date, then last week i desided to make a bunch of em and here's the first of the new batch. I know her arm is pretty ****ed. I was in a rush being that i drew it in a friend's sketchbook. Ive been told her stance is kind of confusing.

Not as good as the first one, but.. eh. Here's a few weapons and shit (http://e.resnorm.org/art/2003/guardianlance.jpg)too. SHE'S rocking a staff of somekind but i havent done any designs for it yet... You can shoot crits at me but.. heh, its already inked and whatnot.

So.. yeah. Ive posted this over at eatpoo, cafesale, and digital evolution.. heh, im OH TOO familiar with that pose being confusing and people not knowing what round thing is or isnt a boob or something, hehe.

I Photoshopped the male one's sword into place later.

Cool stuff!

Love the robot dude... Is it the first pose people find confusing?

It's a good twist in the spine there! :eek: But maybe its because of the circle object under the arm.. kinda looks like a breast - which maybe why people misread it... :shrug:

Anyway... Great stuff!!!

I like the style on the robot and the first girl pic is cool. Any plans on coloring any of these? The first pic is a bit confusing to me, Its the round ball under the arm I think -jB

I dont really have any plans on coloring these, but im doing another one with a "destruction ready" modle next to these two in a group trio type thing and ill either color it or trick.. ahem... beg someone else to bless it with some cg work.

I like your style vory much, itīs dinamic, those curve lines concaves and convexes forming the robots shapes and the funky poses.

The last two sketches are great too. :thumbsup:
