This is a caricature I made up inspired by the style of Bob Kato. I started off loosely sketching on paper with pencil. After I was happy with the sketch I copied it into photoshop for some final color. I Painted right over the pencil lines, leaving in the graphite sketchy look. I wanted to keep the colors simple and kind of dull for a pastel/chalk kind of feel.
I spent around 30 minutes on the pencil sketch and 45 minutes coloring in photoshop.
This is really one of my first caricatures type drawings and hopefully there will be a lot more to come.
