Well it's been 6 months since i been working on my film so far. the animation is almost complete. and now the textureing, lighting , comping, sound, editing. etc... Here is a test render of how i think the film might look like people let me know if you think it looks like a good style to use?
Thanks to Mario and Bal from helping texture this guy!

I'm using lightwave 7.5 but it took 2 hours to render one frame with all the setting set to low and no shadow plus i got a 2.4 P4 machine and I got 4800 frames. LOL. I don't think i gonna get this finished on time.

well neo, i think the top render is obviously better, but considering how much longer that type of render takes, then the latest render is still got a nice look, and a unique style.
Anymore renders? and if this is a film, how do i get to see the animation man!! i wanna see!!! ??

I like the bottom render, and 2 minutes sounds good to me. But if you like the top one, you could try a fake GI.

I was wondering what happened to this projuect I remember seeing the animation of this characters showing their bones, of the two of them running through an obstacle course, anywho.
Im thinking obviously the frist render is better, but the question is do you have the time and the patience?
Looking really good

I'm not very familiar with lightwave, but I'm sure you could find a script.

hey neo,
wots with the pole? i dont think it fits in with the desert like enviroment really.
And as for the robot, i think it could do with some more detail, i.e panels, at the moment it looks like it's been made with some really fancy metal moulder! lol

hey i just wanted to say the style of the character looks great, i think it is coming along nicely, just a suggestion but do any of your friends have lightwave, because if they do maybe they would be niec enough to render some of your frames for you so that way you can get the HDRI so your project will look better ( just a thought) but very nice work none the less.
