There aren't enough nuke threads(1 a month, if that), just use this forum. If you want to post gizmos, then use highend, they are setup for actually hosting files. Then you can talk about it here.

VFXTalk has a fairly active Nuke community, and they have a gizmo/plugin section that they just added. If you want exposure, definitely post your gizmo or plugin over at FXshare, (highend2d). VFXTalk is like this Compositing and Editing section of CGTalk, but with even more detailed bits.
