CGTalk - An animated head?

Hi,
Sorry if this has been asked before, but im looking to learn how to create a completely animated head. So i wondered if there was a tutorial that went from making the head to animating it (blinking, smiling, talking etc). I really want to learn how this is done and the best way.

Oh, ive got 3ds max 5.

try this site. i personally use morph targets. thats how i learned. but there are other ways. check it out.
