Looks good, but aren't you gonna put the Fender logo on the guitar? Without the logo, it's just a cheap imitation. ;)
But as far as the image, it looks good. The only thing I see is that the strings aren't wrapped around by the machine heads. Usually you wind the string at least once or twice so it doesn't come lose while you're playing.

A good modeling work but maybe you should spend a bit time on the textures and the light (looking a bit flat).
Btw. I have got the same guitar-stand.

Not too bad.. but one question... I play bass, and maybe this one is different, but I have not seen any basses with that curvature down the fretboard, if that makes any sense. Like I said, i have not played a Precision, so I can't say ofr sure, I just thought it seemed a little strange.

i have a Rickenbacker 4001. It has a slight curve to the fingerboard.

as an owner of a fender precsion bass, I look at mine now, and compare it to your modelling.
The body looks good, and so does the neck, the head looks a bit wrong, a bit long, and not wide enough. Also the pegs are completely wrong, and you wouldnt find that type on a Fender.
The sticks on the pickups look too big aswell, as do those on the fretboard. Your pickguard isnt perfectly rounded either. The bridge is also waayy to long, it stops at the string rests.
Your missing quite a few screws on there also, I hope any of this has helped.

Wgeddes: Yeah, I have 2 Yamaha's, and they DO CURVE, just not THAT MUCH. Maybe the fretboard on this model should just be a little LESS curved.

hhhmmm, hhmmm well done, well well done
i play bas too, and its true the curvature of the lower part of the fretboard is not totally the same. But beyond that little little ditail i have mostly no crits.

I have correct all errors, the curvature, the pickguard, and remodeled the pegs.
This is my template.
Is a custom precision bass with long bridge and s.duncan pick up.
Also I have used my bass guitar as reference ;)

First thing that struck me was the camfering on the body or lack of.. take another look at your pic even. The headstock is the wrong shape,as are the machine heads, and you really need to work on your chrome material. Sorry to be so harsh but you're letting yourself down with it as it is. :)

Chrome for Brazil is not too hard. I would just recommend a midtone grey for the Diffuse Color, turn the Reflect up to at least half (use a falloff map if you want), and turn the Specular to like ~100 and the gloss to like ~60.
Apart from that someone can explain to you how to use white geometry/planes to have somethin to reflect... OR since you use Brazil, it would work well to set up HDRi. If you need to see what the HDRI would look like on somethin, I can show you a pic of somethin that incorporates HDRI.
Good Luck and Pretty Nice Model,
Drew
BTW: If you wanna see a bass specifically, there is one on my site that I made... just click the "Web" button below this post.
