JPEG Quality Options

Is there any way to turn off the dialogue box after you save a jpeg file, where it asks for quality?

You could easily do it with scripting (it would just bring a file location dialog, then save as a specific jpeg/png whatever) however you'd have to use an action to play the script and bind a function key to that action (it's a little tedious to go to edit>automate>scripts)
