If you haven't tried a private message, you might try this from his last post in the plugins forum on the EI site. Just a thought. I don't know if that would make any difference in his receiving the message(s) or not.

Paul,

I sent the Bundle to you (at your email address) on Thurday (22.30 my time - GMT +1). It should be there. I will re-send it and also place your Bundle on a URL and email it to you (just in case the problem with filters is for messages with attachements ¿?). I will also send this URL through a private message in this forum.
I've been sent upgrades during all the week and so far looks like everyone received the stuff.
