Hi there! =)
Last December, APD (www.portodigital.pt/3d (http://www.portodigital.pt/3d)) organaized a CG contest.
The objective of the contest was to re-create some old buildings of Oporto's city (Portugal) in 3D.
After one month and a half (after job's time), my building is done, and here's the result, a short movie, only with camera moves, trying to do something like an old movie, something dark but at same time...beauty.

For me, it was a great exercise of modeling, texturing, render control (with only one machine to render...),camera animation, compositing, editing ...and study of art history of the church.

very nice Malanjo i love this style of modeling, the movie was great showed off the church nicely.. would make a cool cg set for a future scene.

wow! love it. ive been visiting too many churches lately in italy, getting really bored....but urs is wicked!

wayne0111 - I used max, combustion, vray and photoshop to do it. And premier to edit it.

KimLeow - ehehe, thanks dude! =) Sooooo.... you must come to Portugal! =) You will found great buildings and culture here! =)
