I think I'll join up for this one, it sounds fun. So... in the next few days I'll be posting random ideas for an evil super villian.
Here's one I came up with earlier:
Doctor Combustion (Temporary name... suggestions welcome)
This disgruntled veterinary doctor was involved in a freak accident involving a massive static discharge of pet hair (Temporary plot). After the accident, he gained incredible mind powers capable of causing spontaneous combustion in living organisms! Quitting his veterinary job, he starting working towards his lifelong dream of being a feared super villian. Unfortunately, he quickly discovered that his powers of combustion only work at a distance of ten feet, and that only small dachsunds are affected. Refusing to give up, Dr. Combustion roams the streets with dog treats, luring unsuspecting victims... or at least very small dogs... to their doom. :D
Anyway, I'll come up with some more stuff later.
