It's been a million years since I've even checked this place out, maybe I'll join in this time.
My Hapless Villian is a dark ruler of an evil empire. He's an amazing fighter/theif, with some dark magical powers. Phade is not unlike The joker, one of the most notorious villians I believe.
He isn't exactly hapless in the looks or villiany dept. Rather he's a major drug addict, and is prone to major fits of anger, self mutilation, ( including cutting, burning and peircing of his skin) as well as many sexually devient acts not seen as normal in the eyes of even Dominatrix.
