Hey kendall188, both of these are a good start. In "Late," though, it seems like your trying to pack in too many poses into a small amount of time with the male. Specifically, his right arm seems a little too busy. The poses with the demon girl are pretty good, but her arcs need to be smoothed out. When she leans back after sitting, her left arm should plant onto the grave a little before she leans back (to catch her weight). In your next version, pay close attention to the hand animation.

In friends, I like the insecurity you gave the guy as he says his lines. One thing that might help it is if you gave his arms a little more weight when they're crossed. Also, his hands need to form a little better to the shape of his arms.

All in all, pretty good work.
