Can't get it to work bro....the flash video window initializes on the page, but only 1 frame gets displayed (ie...no animation). Ideas?

this is just a material .
there will be more than 3-4 tranformations.
(i.e. plane->car->train->ship.)
it is a really challanging work to do

cool. Have the seats pop up last. Right now there is stuff intersecting through them. Maybe it should be somthing not as big as an airliner. Maybe a small fighter jet would fit better in a smaller package.

everything thing is done in max.
1st i roughly plan the simulation
then detach both the models
& animate according plan.

Woah, I would imagine it to be a really tough job to transform something so big into something so small.
Looks like a great start, my critiques is that a lot of intersection is happening and that in the end everything on the plane sinks into the ground. Though you can pick your camera angles carefully so that these cheats are not so obvious :thumbsup:
