View Full Version : The Photographer WIP
HellBoy 05-06-2007, 09:10 PM Hay guys
I was in central london the other day and saw lot of photographers and a pretty cool idea just hit me. I though to myself, what if there was a game of an awesome photographer, who is assigned on a mission to grap shots of an unauthorized locations. I.e. secret laps, government property etc. :D
Anyways, I am on a mission to create a experienced photographer who'll do stuff like that. Think prince of persia :D
Managed to do the head so far: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v323/mwarsame/photographer_wip01.jpg

Nice idea Hellboy. Reminds me of this (http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/ps2/beyondgoodandevil?q=beyond%20good%20and%20evil) but that's ok. It's a rich vein with loads of game play potential. Go for it man.

I play a game whenever I go to amusement parks. I try to take as many pictures as I can in areas where photography is prohibited. This might not be very helpful for your model but I felt it prudent.
The model looks pretty good though. You might spare a few more polys on the ears, or even just reshape them, since right now they look a little too much like ovals, IMHO.

eeeeh... that last pic scared me lol.... Your hands look off. All the fingers prob need to be longer since the thumb is too close right now, and also the pinky is too long. If you are planning on rigging him i would add more edge loops in the knuckles since right now they will just smash down.
