CGTalk - good P4 2.4 mobo?

Can somebody recommend a decent mobo for a 2.4 p4 (533)?

They need to be decently cheap (maybe around $100 - $150) to mass produce. Need onboard LAN but that's about it.

Any E7205 Motherboard.

I845PE is being replaced by I865PE in less then 2 months.
