CGTalk - Water and Glu3d

I got the 30 day trial of Glu3d and they have some good tutorials but im looking to creating some good water. There aren't that many tutorials out there for this plugin so does anyone know how one would go about water with Glu3d?

Thanks a lot for that link, i hadnt thought of looking over there. But this thread can be closed now because i posted in two forums(sorry), and it was answered in the 3ds max general forum.
