Here is a very early concept for my villain. he is the crazy Milkman.

I am putting the finishing touches on the story will post it soon. And for some reason my costume drawings got corrupted so i have to draw them again :(

Ok Here is a bit of backstory on the Milkman:

Milkman was a normal happy milkman serving the neighbourhood since 1980. Than one day while back at the Milk factory he tripped and fell into a container of bad milk. he went crazy after that and became a villain. Now he stalks the alleys and sprays bad milk on unsuspecting people.

Here is a very early costume , more to come , i'll try to keep this simpler than the sketch.

And some cookies to go with the milk,he is crazy as you say,so he has a small cookie dispenser that shoots off at his victims,hard old cookies that can really give his victims a good knock.

Update will be coming tonight , started the head a couple of times but werent too happy with the results so i'll start over again.

what a unique nose he has :applause: my only input would be...give him malitav milk bottles! milk bottles on his little carrying cart with rags coming out. he sets them on fire, throws them, and upon impact, nothing happens! of course this could always be substituted for non-dairy creamer, which is highly flammable, but hes a milk man so now im just being crazy :surprised

Just messing with the model. This is a one hour model. probably gonna change him a lot until I get a crazier look. I know he looks like an Alien at the moment but its going to change too :)

Looks cool so far, Sheep. I think the main reason for the difference in the sketch and the 3D model is that the sketch seems a bit thinner in the head, which adds a lot. At least that's how I see it :)

So get that crazy look back - it's part of his charme (?) ;)

Little update , still working with the head , started the ears. Plan to finish head tomorrow and start the body.

I love how this is coming along sheeps!

You need ONE more "Edgeloop" to come around from behind his nostril, under an into his nostril cavity to offer some definition where the nose connects to the face.

The flap of skin that connects to the upper lip need to come down slightly. From a direct side shot you should be able to see into the nostril slightly.

The inside of the eye looks great, but you may want to define the outside slightly more, and add one or two more rows of "Edgeloops" to the very botom of his upper eyelid.

He needs a slight intend for his temple, which will also suggest the underlying bone structure of his eye socket.

Everytime I have said "Edgeloops", I have to put it into quotes because I think it might be a fake, created by the man to keep me down.

These crits are all completely minor, though. I LOVE how its starting to look. I hope you have a good drool shader in mind. Or better yet, frothing. Drool is good for your average head case, but true madness needs foaming.
